Although the photos on IG look lovely, I have not had a good experience with Plants n' Petals. First when I went to order a bouquet, the staff was very lax and not helpful with ideas or recommendations. Then no one called to confirm so I called the day before my wedding to discuss delivery time and location. On the morning of my wedding I got a call from an unknown number asking if I were getting married because she had just received my bouquet. First of all this is 4 hours ahead of the agreed upon time and to the wrong place/person. When I called to relay what happened the person said she would speak to the manager, but again was very lax. This is definitely NOT how I intended to be starting my day. Hopefully the bouquet at least looks decent when I see it in a few hours.
The manager just called to make excuses and blame the hotel, but did not apologize for the the incident or the delivery time. She said even though I asked for 2 pm, they can deliver any time from when they open until 2. I called the hotel and they said no one from Plant n' Petals came to the front desk (which is what I instructed them to do) so they are not sure how the driver went to the wrong place.
One last thing to add...now that I see the bouquet it looks NOTHING like what I requested. I asked for roses and peonies and there are NO peonies in the arrangement plus it looks nothing like the photo at all. If the initial salesperson would have spent more time understanding my desires it probably would look like what I paid $300 for.
This will be my first and last time dealing with Plants n' Petals.

Beautiful flowers!I wanted to find a florist in my area that would provide exceptional flowers. I needed to buy a bouquet for my wife's birthday. I didn't want the grocery store quality, I wanted exceptional! I searched on Yelp and found Plants N Petals. What a great find! I called and asked if I could pickup the bouquet in a few hours, on my way home from work. They said no problem. I asked for pink and white flowers with roses, tulips, orchids and green stuff as those are my wife's favorites. We agreed on a reasonable price and I took a deep breath and hoped that I made the best decision. Wow, was I surprised! The bouquet was so much better than I imagined. The quality of the flowers were amazing. Thank you very much for this gift. I will remember this florist for future orders!

Edit 1: Unfortunately their delivery times and logistics are unreliable, so 1 star removed. Beware that even if they tell you that your arrangement is 10-15 minutes from delivery, they could be lying to you. Highly recommend calling them a few times during the day of delivery to hold them accountable.
